Job Description

Job Summary:

Loan Syndication Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Deal Origination & Structuring

Identify and evaluate opportunities for loan syndication, refinancing, and structured debt transactions.
Work with corporate clients to assess funding requirements and develop optimal financial structures.
Prepare financial models, term sheets, and pitch documents for prospective deals.

Credit & Compliance

Conduct due diligence and assist in credit appraisal and risk assessment of prospective borrowers.
Ensure all transactions comply with
RBI
,
SEBI
, and internal credit and compliance guidelines.
Coordinate with legal, compliance, and documentation teams to ensure proper structuring and closure of deals.

Market Research & Analysis

Track developments in debt markets, interest rate movements, and competitor activities.
Maintain a database of lenders, investors, and market benchmarks for reference in future syndication deals.

Key Skills :

Strong understanding of
syndicated lending, project finance, and corporate banking
.
Excellent financial modeling, structuring, and analytical skills.
Familiarity with
credit assessment, loan documentation, and compliance frameworks
.
Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management abilities.
