Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Loan Sales Representative located in Jaipur. The Loan Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential customers, conducting loan assessments, and guiding applicants through the loan application process. They will also be responsible for maintaining customer records, providing excellent customer support, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a strong understanding of the housing finance market and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, particularly in the financial services or real estate sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct thorough loan assessments and guide customers through the application process
• Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining customer records
• Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge of housing finance and related regulations is a plus
