Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Identify potential customers for gold loan products (gold loans, LAP) through field sales activities.
Conduct business development activities to increase revenue growth.
Develop strong relationships with existing clients to retain their loyalty and cross-sell additional financial services.
Meet monthly targets set by the organization for new customer acquisition and revenue generation.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues efficiently.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-6 years of experience in sales or related field, preferably in banking or finance industry.
Strong understanding of gold loan products (gold loans, LAP) and ability to communicate effectively about them.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on building rapport with customers at all levels.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines under pressure.
