Job Description

  • A Loan Sales Leader is responsible for acquiring personal and business loan clients through both direct field sourcing and DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channels, handling self-sourcing of leads, and managing the entire sales process.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve loan sales targets for Personal Loans (PL) and Business Loans (BL).
  • Source new customers directly in the field (self-sourcing) and through DSA partners, building a network for ongoing business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners, ensuring a steady flow of quality leads.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team or DSA network to ensure high performance and effective loan origination.
  • Prepare and present regular sales and performance reports to senior management, analyze metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and all relevant financial regulations during the end-to-end loan sales process.
  • Assist clients throughout the loan application, approval, and disbursement stages, providing thorough product information and customer support.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
