Loan Officer

As a Loan Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads using various channels such as cold calling, field visits, referrals, and digital platforms. You will have the opportunity to meet with potential customers to understand their loan requirements and recommend suitable loan products based on their needs. In this role, you will be required to explain the features of different loan products, including eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, interest rates, EMIs, and processing timelines. You will also assist clients throughout the loan application process, which includes collecting and verifying documents, as well as coordinating with back-end processing teams to ensure a smooth and efficient process. Achieving monthly and quarterly loan disbursement targets will be a key performance indicator in this role. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain relationships with customers to encourage future cross-selling opportunities and referrals. To excel in this position, it is essential to stay updated on current loan products, competitor offerings, and RBI policies. You may also be required to participate in marketing campaigns and promotional activities to promote loan products effectively.
