Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Loan Officer located in Deoghar. The Loan Officer will be responsible for originating and processing loan applications, underwriting loan requests, and providing excellent customer service. They will assess the financial condition of applicants, ensure compliance with company policies, and maintain thorough records of each loan. Additionally, the Loan Officer will assist clients with understanding loan terms and conditions and will work to ensure the financial needs of the clients are met efficiently and responsibly.

Qualifications

Skills and experience in Loan Origination and Underwriting
Proficiency in Finance-related tasks
Strong Customer Service abilities
Experience working as Loan Officers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in the micro-finance industry is a plus
