Loan Officer - Lead Management System

You are a proactive Loan Officer responsible for managing and converting leads through our Lead Management System (LMS). Your main tasks include qualifying prospects, guiding customers through loan applications, ensuring accurate documentation, and meeting monthly sales targets. Strong communication, relationship management, and knowledge of financial products are crucial for success in this role. Your responsibilities include prospecting with suspect leads and converting suspects into prospects by establishing contact through multiple calls, conducting need analysis and eligibility profiling, setting up appointments, and following up post every meeting with the sales officer. You should seek interventions from senior sales resources or address customer needs to convert prospects into customers efficiently. You will support the sales team in increasing conversions by making prompt calls to suspects/prospects, timely follow-ups, maintaining cordial relationships with the sales officer, and ensuring complete knowledge of company products and policies. Quality conversations with accuracy, product knowledge, appraisal skills, punctuality, and adherence to TAT commitments are essential. Ability to handle objections, update software effectively, generate references, and provide market feedback to the supervisor are also key aspects of the role. The ideal candidate should be a graduate or undergraduate with excellent communication skills and at least 1 year of tele-calling experience. Relevant work experience in sales, marketing, promotions, or telemarketing is preferred, with candidates from banking and insurance backgrounds given preference. Proficiency in relevant computer applications is necessary for this position.,
