Role & responsibilities To visit in the banks to take new NPA cases in our companys name for recovery. To assign the work to the subordinate staff and monitor them on daily basis. Role & responsibilities Visit customers in the field to collect pending loan repayments. Explain outstanding dues, EMI structure, and consequences of non-payment. Negotiate and convince borrowers for timely payments. Update collection status and remarks in the system daily. Coordinate with telecallers and back-office teams for follow-ups. Verify addresses and documents if required. Ensure collections are in line with company policies and timelines. Maintain professional conduct while dealing with customers.
