Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition:

    Identify and source new clients for LAP by generating leads, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.
  • Sales Target Achievement:

    Meet or exceed the sales targets set for LAP business.
  • Product Knowledge:

    Provide detailed information about LAP products, including terms, conditions, and benefits, to potential clients.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering personalized services to address their financial needs.
  • Loan Processing:

    Assist clients through the entire loan application process, including documentation, processing, and disbursement.
  • Cross-Selling:

    Promote other financial products offered by the bank/financial institution, such as home loans, business loans, and insurance.
  • Market Analysis:

    Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and the regulatory environment affecting LAP and property financing.
  • Compliance & Documentation:

    Ensure all loan applications and documentation comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Customer Service:

    Address client queries, concerns, and feedback promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM (preferred)
  • Experience:

    Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales and relationship management, preferably in the banking/financial sector. Experience in LAP is a plus.
  • Communication Skills:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.
  • Analytical Skills:

    Strong financial and analytical skills to evaluate loan applications and property-related risks.
  • Negotiation Skills:

    Ability to negotiate terms and close deals effectively while maintaining client trust.
  • Problem-Solving:

    Ability to resolve client concerns or issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Tech-Savvy:

    Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools and loan management systems.
