Loan Advisor

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Loan Advisor to join our financial services team. The Loan Advisor will be responsible for guiding clients through the loan application process, evaluating their eligibility, and recommending suitable loan products based on their needs. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of lending practices, and a passion for helping customers make informed financial decisions. Key Responsibilities:Identify and engage with potential clients for various loan products (e.g., personal loans, home loans, business loans, vehicle loans). Assess customer financial needs and eligibility through detailed discussions and documentation review. Explain loan products, interest rates, terms, and repayment schedules clearly and effectively. Assist clients in completing loan applications and ensure all required documentation is collected. Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., credit, underwriting, legal) to facilitate loan approval and disbursement. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions. Follow up with clients on pending applications or additional requirements. Achieve monthly/quarterly loan sales targets and contribute to branch profitability. Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings.
