The Loan Advisor will be responsible for guiding clients through the loan application process, evaluating their eligibility, and recommending suitable loan products based on their needs. Assist clients in completing loan applications and ensure all required documentation is collected. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions. Follow up with clients on pending applications or additional requirements. Achieve monthly/quarterly loan sales targets and contribute to branch profitability. Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings.
