Job Description

LMS Tech Executive Support Learning Systems at Yaticorp LMS TECH EXECUTIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for proactive and dynamic candidate to manage LMS a cutting-edge learning and development platform. Your role will be to ensure that LMS is used to its fullest potential across the organization by coordinating with teams, monitoring usage, driving engagement and providing support.

Location: Mangalore
Job Type: Full-Time/Entry Level Experience: Fresher Qualification: B.Sc. Computer Science Salary: 1.8 3 LPA

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as the primary point of contact for LMS platform management.
Drive maximum utilization of LMS by promoting its features and benefits to all stakeholders.
Regularly track usage analytics and generate reports on engagement and learning progress.
Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and align them with LMS modules.
Upload and update learning materials, quizzes, and assessments on the platform.
Troubleshoot user issues and liaise with the tech team for advanced support.
Organize weekly or monthly challenges, campaigns, or rewards to keep learners motivated.
Collect user feedback and recommend improvements for better learning outcomes.
Stay updated with new features on LMS and train users accordingly.

REQUIREMENTS

B.Sc. (Computer Science)
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Basic technical know-how and interest in digital platforms/tools.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Good analytical and reporting skills (Excel, dashboards, etc.)
Passion for learning and helping others grow.
