LMM Sales Executive (Auto)

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development
• Generate leads through field visits, tele-calling, referrals, and showroom walk-ins.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the dealership.
• Conduct product demonstrations, test drives, and explain key features of Mahindra LMM vehicles.
• Negotiate and close sales ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
• Customer Relationship Management
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers.
• Build strong relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
• Ensure timely communication regarding new offers, schemes, and finance options.
• Market & Competitor Analysis
• Track competitor activities, pricing, and offers.
• Share insights with management to design effective sales strategies.
• Process Adherence & Documentation
• Ensure completion of all sales documentation including finance, insurance, and RTO formalities.
• Maintain records of inquiries, test drives, and conversions in CRM systems.
• Team Collaboration & Reporting
• Coordinate with finance, insurance, accessories, and service teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
• Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,146.09 - ₹19,753.84 per month
