Role Overview: You will be responsible for creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients and ensuring successful execution of events. Building strong relationships with clients through exceptional after-sales service will be a key aspect of your role. You will also need to liaise with different departments to address client queries and fill in Tender/ RFP submissions within deadlines. Regular interactions with clients via various communication channels will be essential. Key Responsibilities: - Cultivate solid relationships with clients by providing exceptional after-sales service - Coordinate with different departments to address client queries - Fill in Tender/ RFP submissions within assigned timelines - Regularly interact with clients through telephone, email, or face-to-face meetings - Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally - Understand the basics of the sports ecosystem in India, including the top leagues and mid-tier leagues across all sports - Knowledge of sports success metrics in ticketing, such as time of year, city, tickets sold, venue capacity, customer targeting, and customer service - Effective communication skills in English, with proficiency in Hindi as a bonus - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines - Ideate and curate content-led campaigns to achieve client objectives using elements from BookMyShow's ecosystem - Conduct due diligence and primary research on popular sports in cities, impact of sports leagues, available sports activities, and potential partnerships - Analyze BMS product offerings, user experience, event sales data, pricing strategy changes, and inventory management - Develop marketing campaigns to promote sports events based on consumer preferences and seasonal trends - Explore new opportunities, partnerships, and affiliations to increase visibility for client campaigns - Proficient in pitching BMS services, pricing strategies, DIY software, and marketing solutions - Prepare effective presentations for new prospective clients and manage budgeting for P&L statements before events Qualifications Required: - Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute tasks efficiently - Basic sports knowledge and awareness of the sports industry - Computer literacy - Effective presentation skills - Strong communication skills - Ability to meet deadlines - Marketing skills and understanding,
