Job Description

1. Candidates with a degree in Law, Good communication and Drafting skills. 2. Basic knowledge of court procedures and litigation practices. 3. Basic legal drafting and research. 4. Having a NBFC/Bank background in handling litigation- 138 and Arbitration to be precise. 5.Candidate will be required to initiate and coordinate for arbitration with various state Litigation managers/arbitrators, Maintain a consolidated MIS for the same. 6. Handle RCU and fraud reported matters. 7. Handle special Litigation matters, Draft and reply letters and notices received from time to time. 8. Strategize litigation action and support the team in vetting and drafting of WS, replies etc.
