Job Description

Position: Area Sales Manager – DCS Department: Sales Location: Chennai Experience: 5 to 8 years (preferably in Channel Sales / Alternate Channel Sales) Qualification: Graduate Industry Preference: NBFC / Housing Finance / Banking or other Financial Services.   Key Responsibilities:   Handle Channel Sales independently (CSC, India Post Digital Leads, etc.).   Identify and develop business opportunities through Alternate Channel Partners.   Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing support, information, and guidance.   Recruit, set objectives, coach, and monitor performance of channel partners, including corporate partners.   Maintain productivity and achieve deliverables by identifying and developing new business partners.   Create a strong sales culture to drive acquisitions, profitability, and business development.   Establish and strengthen relationships with builders and developers for new projects and expansion initiatives.
