Job Description: As a B2B / OEM Sales professional at our company, you will be responsible for driving business growth by promoting our range of Lithium-ion batteries tailored for E-rickshaws, EV two-wheelers, and energy storage solutions. Your role will primarily focus on managing relationships with OEM clients, establishing partnerships, and achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs, distributors, and key accounts. - Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities for Tronteks battery products. - Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing, and supply terms. - Meet monthly and quarterly sales objectives. - Keep abreast of market trends in the EV and energy storage sectors. Qualifications Required: - Graduate or MBA with a minimum of 3-8 years of experience in B2B or OEM sales. - Strong background in the EV components, batteries, or automotive industry. - Proficient in communication, negotiation, and client management. - Must be willing to travel based on business requirements.
