As a B2B / OEM Sales professional at our company, your role will be crucial in driving business for our range of Lithium-ion batteries used in E-rickshaws, EV two-wheelers, and energy storage solutions. You will be responsible for handling OEM clients, building partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and managing relationships with OEMs, distributors, and key accounts. - Identifying new business opportunities for our battery products. - Negotiating contracts, pricing, and supply terms. - Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Staying updated on EV and energy storage market trends. To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Graduate / MBA with 3-8 years of B2B or OEM sales experience. - Strong background in EV components, batteries, or the automotive industry. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills. - Willingness to travel as per business needs.
