Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Linux System Engineer with 5-9 years of experience to join our team in Panindia. The ideal candidate will have expertise in maintaining enterprise-class storage systems, network filters, and public cloud storage offerings.

Roles and Responsibility

Installs and maintains critical systems running on Linux platforms.
Develops and maintains scripts and Ansible playbooks to enhance deployment and monitoring frameworks.
Supports ad-hoc and on-demand tasks during on-call periods.
Collaborates with ticketing systems like ServiceNow and JIRA.
Maintains DNS/Bind, mail, SSH, TCP/IP, and NFS.
Provisions and manages compute instances in GCP, AWS, or Azure.

Job Requirements

Experience in maintaining enterprise-class storage systems, network filters, and public cloud storage offerings.
Knowledge of VMWare and Openstack platforms.
Advanced knowledge of maintaining DNS/Bind, mail, SSH, TCP/IP, and NFS.
Experience in creating volumes and file systems using volume managers.
On-call support for OS-related issues weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Employing and managing enterprise cluster applications in a 24x7 datacenter environment.
Experience in configuration management tools such as Puppet, SALT, or Ansible.
