File transfer protocol setup & support
Disk Space Management
SSL Certificate Setup/Renewals & Maintainance
Log Rotation
Monthly Patching Support
Vulnerability Management
Troubleshooting of DeloitteOmnia Agent(NO_CONNECTIVITY),GE Infaagents PostgreSQL DB and ODBC connection Issue and ISQL DB connectivity issue for Databricks unixODBC driver on DeloitteOmnia Server.
Databricks unixODBC driver installation & Configuration for DeloitteOmnia Server.
Maintance and support of DeloitteOmnia Infrastructure.

SSL Certificate Setup/Renewals & Maintainance
Log Rotation
Monthly Patching Support
Vulnerability Management
DB Migration support for applications.
Application Jobs Schedulings and Jar Deployment Support
We will help the app team in migrating their application jobs.

Monitoring:

New Relic Synthetic, Infrastructure & Page View Setup & Maintenance.
NR Password Updations for FSSO for multiple monitors.
Daily Monitoring of NR alerts.
Working on NR monitor issues.
Maintain NR Insight & Ops Dashboard.
