Of experience) Field experience in BMS, HVAC, EMS Hands-on understanding of Building Management System (BMS) – field devices/ sensors, DDC & supervisory controllers, software, internet gateways & databases Good knowledge of HVAC systems such as Chilled Water System, Hot Water System, Boilers, Different types of AHUs, FCUs, VAV etc. Working knowledge of communication protocol like BACnet, MODBUS, OPC etc. Basic understanding of IT & OT, APIs, TCP IP, network security, MQTT, cloud-based analytics solutions (Preferred 1 yr. experience). Technical acumen for HVAC equipment (AHU, VAV, FCU, Chillers, Cooling Tower) & Control system (Building Automation System) Ability to work under minimal supervision and exercise independent judgment. Will be managed and mentored by on-job team leader. Key Responsibilities Monitor production systems and respond to incidents, alerts, and escalations in a timely manner Perform root cause analysis and provide fixes for recurring issues Troubleshoot application-level issues in Java-based systems Write and optimize SQL queries to analyse and resolve data-related issues Manage and automate routine UNIX/Linux system tasks Work closely with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless production operations Participate in on-call rotation and ensure 24x7 availability during support shifts Required Skills 8+ years of experience in Production Support or Application Support roles Strong hands-on knowledge of Java (debugging, log analysis) Proficiency in SQL (querying, data analysis, basic performance tuning) Good working experience with UNIX/Linux commands and scripting Exposure to monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Grafana, AppDynamics) is a plus Ability to handle pressure and manage incidents independently Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Skills: java,sql,unix,linux,24x7,production support
