🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential prospects based on defined target criteria

• Send personalized connection requests and messages to decision-makers

• Maintain consistent follow-ups and nurture relationships to convert leads into opportunities

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies

• Research prospects and tailor outreach for maximum engagement

• Track outreach performance – connection rates, response rates, and conversions

• Optimize LinkedIn profiles and stay updated with the latest outreach tools (Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.)

🔹 Requirements:

• Strong understanding of LinkedIn outreach and lead generation strategies

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to build rapport and personalize communication effectively

• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools (preferred)

• Prior experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development is an added advantage
