About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Make
high-volume outbound calls
daily to potential clients.
Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings/appointments
for the sales team.
Clearly communicate our product/service value proposition.
Handle objections professionally while maintaining a positive attitude.
Maintain accurate call logs, follow-ups, and lead details in CRM tools.
Consistently achieve and exceed call and target goals.

Requirements

Minimum
1 year of proven experience
in cold calling, tele-sales, or inside sales.
Excellent
spoken communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
.
Strong ability to
handle objections and turn them into opportunities
.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Comfortable working in a
remote environment
with proper time management.
Familiarity with
CRM tools and spreadsheets
is a plus.
