Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced LinkedIn Professional to join our team and take ownership of our LinkedIn presence and strategy. As a LinkedIn Professional, you will be crucial in enhancing our brand's visibility, connecting with industry professionals, and driving engagement through LinkedIn. This role requires a deep understanding of LinkedIn's features, and best practices and the ability to develop and execute effective LinkedIn marketing and networking strategies. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a strategic plan with clear objectives and KPIs, staying updated on LinkedIn trends. Create engaging content, manage posting schedules and calendars, and professionally engage with comments and messages. Liaise with content writers, graphic designers, and photographers for the creation of LinkedIn content Establish and nurture relationships with industry professionals. Guide and encourage employee engagement company-wide on LinkedIn. Maximise the visibility and effectiveness of the company's LinkedIn profile. Utilise LinkedIn for lead generation collaborating with the marketing department and (potentially, the sales department) through outreach campaigns. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree At least 1 year of Social Media Management experience. Strong understanding of LinkedIn features and best practices. Excellent communication, content creation, copywriting, and analytical skills. Networking and relationship-building abilities.
