LinkedIn Outreach Specialist - Remote (6 months outreach experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify target prospects and decision-makers on LinkedIn.

• Send personalized connection requests and outreach messages to generate leads.

• Manage and organize outreach campaigns using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools.

• Nurture relationships through professional follow-ups and meaningful conversations.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies with business goals.

• Track and report outreach performance (response rates, connection success, conversions, etc.).

• Stay up to date with LinkedIn algorithm changes, engagement strategies, and automation best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a LinkedIn Outreach Specialist, Lead Generation Executive, or similar role.

• Strong understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach automation tools (e.g., Dripify, Expandi, Lemlist, etc.).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to research, personalize messages, and maintain professional tone.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B lead generation, digital marketing, or sales development.

• Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Zoho.

• Understanding of content engagement strategies and LinkedIn analytics.
