We are looking for a LinkedIn Outreach Specialist to connect with potential clients, partners, and industry professionals through strategic LinkedIn communication. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, sending personalized messages, building meaningful relationships, and generating qualified leads for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research to identify target prospects and decision-makers on LinkedIn.
Send personalized connection requests and outreach messages to generate leads.
Manage and organize outreach campaigns using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools.
Nurture relationships through professional follow-ups and meaningful conversations.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies with business goals.
Track and report outreach performance (response rates, connection success, conversions, etc.).
Stay up to date with LinkedIn algorithm changes, engagement strategies, and automation best practices.
Requirements
Proven experience as a LinkedIn Outreach Specialist, Lead Generation Executive, or similar role.
Strong understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach automation tools (e.g., Dripify, Expandi, Lemlist, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to research, personalize messages, and maintain professional tone.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B lead generation, digital marketing, or sales development.
Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Zoho.
Understanding of content engagement strategies and LinkedIn analytics.
