About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented LinkedIn Marketing Executive to manage and grow our LinkedIn outreach campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, lead generation, and professional networking.

This role involves creating high-quality prospect lists, initiating meaningful connections, and promoting our CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) program to potential leads and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with potential leads.
• Build targeted contact lists of students, professionals, and decision-makers.
• Reach out and engage prospects through personalized LinkedIn messages and content.
• Promote and sell CIMA programs through LinkedIn engagement and follow-ups.
• Maintain and update CRM databases with lead and conversation records.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
• Track performance metrics and optimize connection and conversion rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in LinkedIn marketing, sales, or lead generation.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and basic CRM tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of social selling and digital outreach strategies.
• Goal-driven, proactive, and well-organized professional.
