Role Description

This is a full-time office role for a Linkedin Business Developer. The Linkedin Business Developer will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, engaging with potential customers, and providing excellent customer service.

The team member will be responsible for

• Faculty Outreach & Mentor Recruitment: Identify and connect with PhD faculty members on LinkedIn for freelance mentoring opportunities
• Webinar Management: End-to-end webinar planning, promotion, and execution
• Participant Acquisition: Strategic outreach to attract webinar participants and maintain engagement
• Content Marketing: Create and manage LinkedIn content to boost page engagement
• Lead Generation: Build targeted campaigns to expand mentor and participant networks

Qualifications

• 1-3 years LinkedIn marketing and lead generation experience
• Experience in academic/educational sector outreach
• MBA/M.tech/B.tech in Education
• Content creation and social media management
• Excellent written communication skills
• Understanding of B2B/B2C sales funnels
