Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Machine Operation & Maintenance

Operate Tetra Pak / beverage filling and packaging machines (Aseptic, UHT, PET, or Tetra lines).
Perform routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs.
Ensure machine settings, changeovers, and adjustments are done efficiently.
Monitor line performance and reduce downtime.

2. Production Execution

Achieve planned production targets with minimal rejection.
Ensure the smooth running of filling, sealing, packing, and labeling equipment.
Maintain proper documentation of production logs and stoppage records.
Assist in line start-up, shutdown, and cleaning activities.

3. Quality & Hygiene Compliance

Ensure product quality meets QC standards (fill volume, sealing, hygiene, packing).
Follow GMP, HACCP, ISO, and Food Safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness of machines and work area as per SOPs.

4. Safety & Continuous Improvement

Follow all safety protocols and PPE guidelines.
Identify and suggest improvements to enhance line efficiency.
Participate in root-cause analysis for breakdowns and quality issues.

Skills & Competencies Required

Hands-on experience in Tetra Pak / UHT / PET bottling / Beverage packaging lines.
Strong knowledge of mechanical and basic electrical troubleshooting.
Understanding of pneumatic systems, sensors, PLC basics (advantage).
Ability to work in shifts and handle line pressure.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
