Job Description

We are a fast-growing cloud kitchen + dine-in brand doing 800–1,000 orders/month on Swiggy & Zomato and rapidly scaling our high-margin subscription & pick-up model. We are looking for a hands-on Chef who loves food, respects consistency and can handle pressure with a smile. What you will do every day Cook and oversee production of Continental Menu Maintain exact portion size, taste & presentation as per our set recipes (very important for online ratings) Daily menu planning for subscription tiffin service & special weekend menus Check and maintain raw material quality, reduce wastage to below 4% Train and manage kitchen helpers & cleaners Keep the kitchen spotless and 100% compliant with FSSAI & food safety norms We need you to have At least 2 years of hands-on cooking experience in a restaurant, cloud kitchen, QSR or catering Ability to cook consistently even when 100+ orders are running together Basic knowledge of costing & inventory (so we don’t lose money on every gravy!) Cool head during rush hours and respect for timings Valid Aadhaar + Pan
