Job Description

Prepare ingredients as per recipes and menu requirements. Cook and plate dishes according to company standards. Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation. Assist in developing new dishes and menu ideas when required. Ensure the workstation is clean, organized, and fully stocked. Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times. Manage inventory of ingredients and report shortages to the Chef de Partie/Sous Chef. Ensure proper handling and storage of food items to prevent spoilage. Coordination & Teamwork:Work collaboratively with the kitchen team for smooth operations. Communicate effectively with other sections and service staff. Support senior chefs in daily tasks, prep work, and service operations.
