Role Overview: As a Lifeline Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to identify potential clients, market lifeline safety solutions, conduct site assessments, and provide expert advice on lifeline installations. This role will require a combination of sales, technical expertise, and customer relationship management to drive business growth and maintain high safety standards. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and target potential clients across industrial, commercial, and residential sectors for lifeline safety solutions. - Develop and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their safety needs and offering personalized solutions. - Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions on lifeline safety systems. - Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and expand market reach. - Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and tenders for lifeline solutions. - Conduct site assessments to determine the most suitable lifeline solutions based on client requirements. - Provide technical guidance to clients on selection, installation, and maintenance of lifeline safety systems. - Assist clients in meeting compliance requirements with a focus on OSHA, ANSI, and other safety standards. - Conduct training sessions for client teams on the proper use of lifeline systems. - Stay updated on the latest lifeline technology and safety standards developments. - Respond promptly to client inquiries and offer post-sales support for installed systems. - Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and technical support activities. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in lifeline systems, including installation, inspection, and maintenance. - Strong sales and marketing skills with a successful track record of achieving sales targets. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain technical concepts clearly. - Solid understanding of safety standards such as OSHA, ANSI, and industry guidelines. - Ability to conduct site assessments and recommend appropriate lifeline solutions. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. - Valid certifications in fall protection, safety, or related fields are preferred. - Willingness to travel for client visits and site assessments.
