Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Retention: Generate new business opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, and networking. Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients. Understand client needs and tailor services to meet their specific requirements. Sales & Business Development: Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company. Conduct product/service presentations, demos, and negotiations. Develop customized proposals and quotes for potential clients. Follow up on leads and convert them into successful business deals. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Provide regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends. Suggest improvements or adjustments to sales strategies as needed. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries promptly. Resolve client issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner. Provide after-sales support to ensure a positive client experience. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Preferred Experience: Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in the service industry (preferred but not required). Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills. Strong time management and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Knowledge of the service industry trends and market dynamics is a plus.
