Job Description

As a Senior Analyst with 10 to 12 years of experience in Psft - Program Management, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. Your role will involve overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of various short-term and long-term projects while providing strategic direction to project teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing detailed project plans, monitoring project progress, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and ensuring all projects adhere to company standards and best practices. You will also be required to conduct risk assessments, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and analyze project performance data to identify areas for improvement. To excel in this role, you must have extensive experience in Psft Program Management with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Additionally, you should possess a good understanding of research and development processes and methodologies, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in project management software and tools. Being detail-oriented, highly organized, proactive in addressing project challenges, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively are essential qualities for this position. You should also have a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement, be adaptable and open to change, and have a solid understanding of business and technical requirements. Flexibility to work in a hybrid model, combining both remote and office work, is a requirement for this role. In terms of qualifications, you must hold a PMP Certification, PgMP Certification, or an equivalent program management certification to be considered for this position. Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of various projects and contributing to the continuous improvement of program management processes and methodologies.,
