At least 12+ years of experience into Insurance operations (Preferably in Life Pension)Should have strong team handling and people management skillsTeam management-driving and monitoring performance, competency managementDeep understanding of Insurance lifecycleShould have managed a client facing role.Ability to motivate and generate results from the teamStrong Performance management abilities and a Team PlayerStrong Customer focusStrong networking skillsCreate and implement processes that result in improved business performanceStrong execution skills with focus on clear, realistic action steps and timelinessStrong working knowledge of Ms Office - Ms Excel, Word and PowerPointAbility to work effectively in ambiguity, shifting priorities and multiple deadlinesPossess excellent interpersonal skillsMonitoring, coaching, development of team membersShould be flexible with working in shifts including night shifts.
