Identify and onboard new licensees in the region. • Track and report on pending PIs and timely follow-ups on pending Licence Payments. • Maintain accurate records of licensed entities, payment statuses, and renewal dates. • Conduct regular night vigilance at ongoing events to prevent non-licensed activities. • Liaise with corporate clients, event organizers, and other stakeholders for licensing discussions. • Maintain comprehensive logs and reports of licensing activities and financial collections. • Provide regular updates to senior management on licensing status, revenue, and market trends. • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth. • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive expansion. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify areas of improvement and competitive advantage
