Profile -Liaisoning Executive

Qualification - Any Graduate

Experience - Min 1 year of relevant experience in solar energy sector, particularly in liaisoning and regulatory compliance.

Salary - Upto 30k CTC

Location - Vadodara

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Liaisoning Executive with at least 1 year of experience in the solar energy sector. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of SLDC (State Load Dispatch Centre) liaisoning processes and have hands-on experience in managing captive unit settlements. The role involves coordinating with government departments, regulatory authorities, and internal teams to ensure smooth compliance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

* Liaise with SLDC, DISCOMs, Nodal Agencies, and other government bodies for project approvals, synchronization, and energy accounting.

* Handle documentation and compliance processes for captive solar power projects.

* Manage and track captive user declarations, equity structure verification, and related regulatory filings.

* Coordinate and ensure timely monthly energy settlements for captive units.

* Follow up and ensure compliance with Open Access approvals, wheeling, and banking agreements.

* Support regulatory and policy updates relevant to solar power generation and captive consumption.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all approvals, correspondence, and project status.

* Act as a point of contact for internal teams (engineering, legal, operations) and external stakeholders for liaisoning matters.

* Prepare and submit reports related to power generation, scheduling, and SLDC coordination.

Skills

* Good understanding of SLDC processes, energy scheduling, and Open Access mechanisms.

* Hands-on knowledge of captive power regulations, including equity shareholding, user mapping, and regulatory filings.
