Job Description

  • Reporting day to day affairs to the Directors/ Immediate Superior.
  • Documentation, Conducting survey for WGS84 Coordinates, online submission of proposal, Aeronautical survey for processing Civil Aviation NOC,
  • Obtaining Consent to Operate& Consent to Establish from Maharashtra Pollution Control Board.
  • Handling Property tax matters including payment of property tax & obtaining NOC, Assessment of OC received building ,Attending hearing at ward office & A& C BMC Head office, refund of property tax, Sewerage tax deletion, cancellation of LUC of OC received building.
  • Obtaining all Plumbing related approvals required as per conditions of IOD/CC/ amended plan/OC i.e HENOC, Serwer NOC & Completion, SWD NOC & Completion, Vermiculture bin NOC, Pest Control NOC, Permanent water connection for OC received building, Labour drinking water connection, Internal Water Main approval, Sewerage approval, Drainage Street connection etc.
  • Documentation & assisting to consultants for obtaining Environmental Clearance form Ministry of Environment & Forest consultants.
  • Obtaining Excavation ( Royalty ) permission from concern collector office and SWM ( Solid Waste Management from MCGM concern department.
  • Responsibility of coordinating work of stamp duty & registration department and keeping the records.
  • Responsibility of coordinating work of Legal Matters with Advocates and keeping the records.
  • Liaison work pertaining to Revenue matters with Collector, Tahsildar, C.T.S.O. & Other departments.
  • Liaison matters pertaining to MCGM approvals from various departments.
  • Coordinating with Architects, keeping track of project files in respect of requirements and compliances..
  • Responsibility of coordinating with Consultants i.e. Society Formation, N.A. Order, Name Transfer of Property etc.
