Level 2 OSS Engineer – Automation

Role Summary :

You will support, troubleshoot, and optimize mobile phone assembly automation equipment, working closely with production and quality teams to ensure high uptime and stable processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle mobile assembly automation equipment (e.g. 

  BSI, MIN/MAN, AAA, B3I, BAA, HDP

  , Multi-connector,

  BHDP

  ,

  RCAM, DPO, BGS, HAL

  , Leak Testers,

  HSG

  Mask,

  HSG CG

  )
• Perform machine validation and performance analysis using 

  CPK, GRR

• Prepare and maintain

  B-SOP

  s and equipment documentation
• Work with Keyence / Cognex vision systems and laser equipment
• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure high uptime

Requirements :

• 2+ years experience in mobile phone assembly automation or similar electronics assembly lines
• Hands-on experience with relevant automation equipment
• Exposure to 

  CPK, GRR, B-SOP

  , vision systems, and laser equipment

Not a fit if experience is only in: PLC programming (Mitsubishi/Siemens/Omron), injection molding, jig & fixture, plant operations, lubrication, generators/pumps (without mobile assembly automation exposure).

Location: Chennai (On-site, shift-based)
