Lending Officer

As a Lending Officer at Deutsche Bank's Lending Asia team in Mumbai, India, you will be part of a team dedicated to providing customized liquidity solutions for ultra/high net worth individuals. The team operates across Mumbai, Hong Kong, and Singapore. In this role, you will lead a local team of credit analysts, collaborate with senior onshore desk heads, and manage your own set of deliverables. You will also be responsible for developing the local team's skillsets and Book of Work. Your responsibilities will include conducting financial analysis of underlying companies and collateral, preparing transaction write-ups, conducting due diligence, and monitoring transaction covenants post-execution. You will also contribute to credit approval analysis and other ad hoc projects. To excel in this role, you should have prior experience in managing and leading a team, strong knowledge of credit analysis in the lending business, and excellent analytical and communication skills. Experience in private banking/wealth management and change management initiatives would be advantageous.
