• Design and curate holiday packages – Plan customized leisure itineraries including 

accommodation, sightseeing, and activities to suit diverse client preferences.

• Vendor and partner coordination – Manage relationships with hotels, transport providers, 

and tour operators to ensure seamless travel experiences.

• Customer engagement and satisfaction – Handle client queries, resolve issues promptly, 

and ensure memorable and hassle-free vacations.

• Sales and revenue growth – Promote leisure products, upsell premium experiences, and 

achieve sales targets through effective marketing.

• Operational excellence – Supervise booking processes, ensure documentation accuracy 

(visas, insurance, etc.), and maintain service quality standards.
