Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leisure Travel Consultant based in Fort - Mumbai, India. The role involves providing expert travel consulting services, assisting customers with their travel needs with regards to Domestic & International Hotel / Holiday Packages / Car Rentals / Travel Insurance and other travel-related services and managing end-to-end travel plans. The Consultant will ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction while maintaining an organized and efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
• Proficiency in providing exceptional Customer Service and assisting with Leisure Travel requirements
• Experience in facilitating Domestic & International Hotel / Holiday Packages / Car Rentals / Travel Insurance and other travel-related services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a client-focused environment
• Proficiency in using relevant booking software.
• A keen understanding of domestic and international travel processes and requirements.
• Geographical knowledge on destination.
• Preferably holds a degree or certification in Travel, Tourism, or a related field
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling customer inquiries
