Legal Operation Analyst

You will have a spread role covering PMO basics to proactive analytic support in all PMO domains, or assuming limited responsibility in a specific domain such as supply management or budget management. Your main responsibilities will include learning the practices of the Project Management Office in Amdocs, maintaining program management process standardization, being responsible for end-to-end operating tasks, and managing accurate data under your domain. - Operating tasks in one or two project areas within the project management office such as schedules, risks, budget, resources, communications, reports, etc. - Managing and maintaining data in your domain to analyze quickly and effectively. - Proactively analyzing data to identify trends, predict outcomes, and raise concerns when necessary. - Utilizing and maintaining data gathering tools to provide ongoing status updates to support the project management team. - Reviewing and processing project-related data and serving as a first-level point of contact for raising issues, deviations, and concerns. - Interfacing and collaborating with Finance, HR & Development Project managers to deliver Amdocs" project management procedures and methodologies. - Experience in Legal Operations and Technology - Data analytics skills using legal data - Proficiency in E-billing, Legal Project Management, Outside Counsel Spend Management, TK Rates - Strong understanding of the core business and ability to translate business needs into workable tools - Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Presentations - Experience in creating dashboards, analytics, and KPIs - Analytical skills with comfort in handling multiple data sets, drawing conclusions, and making informed recommendations - Strong problem-solving and communication skills - Innovative attitude with the capability to lead internal projects - Effective prioritization skills to balance key priorities - Customer-centric approach Amdocs helps those who build the future to make it amazing by providing market-leading software products and services to unlock customers" innovative potential.
