Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including vendor agreements, NDAs, service agreements, and MoUs Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws and align with company policies Monitor and interpret applicable laws and regulations Support internal teams in understanding and complying with relevant legal obligations Provide day-to-day legal advice to departments on operational and strategic matters Identify legal risks and suggest practical solutions to mitigate them Draft and implement company policies, internal guidelines, and compliance checklists Review marketing materials, internal communications, and public documents for legal risk About Company: Prozone Realty has been set up to create, develop, and manage world-class regional shopping centres and associated mixed-use developments pan-India.
