About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Participate in new project transactions covering financial analysis, market research, and coordination with legal & compliance departments 2. Participate in business development & funding activities by creating teasers, information memoranda & presentations for investors & banks for existing and proposed projects of the company as and when required 3. Conduct primary research for existing and new project micro markets from time to time to keep the project design and offerings up to date 4. Prepare periodical reports & MIS for management in coordination with various departments and site teams 5.
