Company Secretary (CS) Internship in Mumbai

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Assist in maintaining statutory registers and records. Help with the preparation and filing of forms with regulatory authorities (e.g., ROC, MCA). Draft and review board meeting agendas, minutes, and resolutions. Assist in organizing Board and General Meetings, including issuing notices and preparing meeting documents. Support in ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and other applicable laws. Conduct legal research on corporate governance and secretarial practices. Assist in preparing annual reports and other corporate disclosures. Help with internal audits and risk management processes as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records.
