Job Description

Role & responsibilities -Provide expert legal counsel, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and mitigating legal risks. -Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements. -Conducting legal due diligence for property acquisitions and dispositions. -Ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations. -Providing legal advice and support to the other departments. -Managing and resolving all disputes and litigation. -Keeping up-to-date with changes in law & regulation. -Collaborating with external legal counsel . -Draft and review legal documents & negotiate. -Providing legal guidance to the business team on various matters, including land acquisition, sales, and financing. -Ensuring the company complies with all applicable laws and regulations. -Implementing and maintaining legal procedures and policies. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) .
