Legal Manager

The candidate will act as a trusted advisor to the management, providing proactive legal support for land acquisitions, joint development agreements, customer agreements, and other business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate

  sale deeds, development agreements, joint venture agreements, lease agreements, and customer agreements

  .
• Conduct thorough

  due diligence

  on land/property acquisitions, verifying titles, approvals, and encumbrances.
• Ensure full compliance with

  RERA, company law, municipal, environmental, and labour laws

  .
• Represent Mythri Builders in

  legal proceedings, arbitrations, consumer disputes, and regulatory hearings

  .
• Liaise with government authorities, external counsels, and regulatory bodies for legal clearances and dispute resolution.
• Provide legal support in sales transactions including agreement drafting, registration, and customer-related queries.
• Monitor and update management on

  changes in real estate and corporate laws

  that impact business operations.
• Create and enforce internal compliance policies to minimize risk.
• Support cross-functional teams (Sales, CRM, Finance, Projects) with legal insights for smooth operations.
• Manage a team of external lawyers and coordinate for litigation strategy and case follow-up.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Law (LLB) is mandatory; Masters in Law (LLM) preferred.

• 1015 years of experience in real estate law

  , preferably with reputed builders/developers.
• Strong expertise in

  property law, RERA, company law, contract law, and arbitration

  .
• Proven track record of handling

  land acquisition, approvals, and litigation

  .
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• High level of integrity, professional ethics, and decision-making ability.

Key Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of

  real estate legal framework

  .
• Strong stakeholder management skills (customers, partners, authorities).
• Effective communication & persuasion skills.
• Ability to manage complex legal issues with business-oriented solutions.
• Ability to

  read Kannada

  is required, as certain documents, agreements, and communications are maintained in Kannada.
