About the Role

This internship offers a unique chance to observe and contribute to the legal operations of an international travel-tech business. You will collaborate with our legal and business teams, supporting day-to-day tasks and special projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts and legal documents.
2. Conduct legal research on regulations relevant to corporate and travel-tech operations.
3. Support compliance initiatives and risk assessment activities.
4. Help maintain and update internal legal records and databases.

Requirements for Success

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a

  Law degree (LLB/LLM)

  .
• Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• A keen interest in corporate, commercial, and technology law.
• Hands-on experience in handling

  corporate litigation and compliance issues

• Deep knowledge of contractual and labor law.

• Knowledge of IP (Intellectual Property) law.
