Roles and Responsibilities
No. of Positions: One
Salary: 50K To 80K CTC (Negotiable based on the experience)
Law Graduate, with decent communication skills.
Min 7 to 15 yrs of experience preferably in a Real Estate Field as an advocate
In depth knowledge in scrutiny of Land Related documents, verification and preparation flow charts and correlation of available documents.
Interaction with management, identification of missing links or documents and collection of the same.
Knowledge in preparation of all types of deeds – Sale Deed, Power of Attorney, Rectification Deeds, Sale Agreement, Development Agreement, etc.
Provide replies to customer queries.
Interaction with bankers for loan related process.
Interaction with advocates with respect to obtaining legal opinions and sorting of legal queries.
Fair knowledge on CMDA and RERA rules and regulations.
Online application in TNREGINET for booking appointments for registrations and coordinating with TCS for any troubles in online process.
Online application of Patta/Chitta and other property related documents.
Good in English and Tamil typing.
