Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and maintain legal documents including contracts, agreements, MoUs, NDAs, etc. Maintain and update legal databases, case files, and internal records. School and sales calling Assist in contract management tracking expiration, renewals, and compliance status. Coordinate with internal departments for document verification and approvals. Ensure timely and accurate filing of legal documents and reports. Conduct basic legal research and summarize findings for the legal team. Support in regulatory and compliance matters. Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity. Requirements: Graduation 1–3 years of experience in a legal backend or corporate legal environment preferred. Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and compliance standards. Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a backend legal support role. Familiarity with legal management software/tools. Understanding of industry-specific regulations (if applicable). Roles and Responsibilities Handle legal documentation, including drafting agreements, contracts, and other legal documents. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently. Desired Candidate Profile 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (Legal Executive). LLB degree from any specialization. Strong understanding of collections process management. Excellent negotiation skills for resolving conflicts effectively.
